I received my Ph.D. in the School of Management at the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside in the UK My research focuses on issues of leadership, systems thinking and human values as they relate to organizational intervention and transformation. I live in the Wine Country of Napa, CA in the USA with his wife, Carol and their two dogs, Buster and Brownie. I work as a management consultant and speaker, and is a Principal in Values Technology of Santa Cruz, CA. My other degrees are a BA in History and a MS in Cybernetic Systems. In a previous life, I have worked in the software industry of Silicon Valley in various management and consulting roles with a focus on quality issues.
